Your voice, visualized.
That’s what Edge members and others in the dairy community made happen at Dairy Strong 2018.
An artist called a graphic recorder transformed thoughts into a collage of images and words (below) representing the voice of our members and the voice of milk.
“Knowledge builds trust,” one member said.
Dairy farmers know that being honest with neighbors is vital to building trust in dairy farming and in the nutrition of milk.
Members also believe in being proactive with animal welfare and informing customers about what happens on the farm.
Our members are producing safe, healthy food for a developing world, but they wonder what will happen with the North American Free Trade Agreement and other trade deals. Edge is working tirelessly to advocate for market access with countries around the world.
The dairy industry is full of innovation, but we must continue to find new ways to innovate both on the farm and with the food.
Succession planning and sustainability for the next generation is top of mind for many members.
Members believe Edge can provide representation at the local, state and federal levels. Through our team here and in Washington, D.C., we are dedicated to amplifying your voice on all those levels.
Edge is committed to progressive leadership and being the voice of milk.
