Growing dairy cooperative adds member services representative
GREEN BAY, Wis. — Paul Stoffel has joined Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative as a member services representative.
Stoffel will help Edge expand services to members, including recruitment and member engagement, and he will also support farmers within the Dairy Strong Sustainability Alliance.
“Experience and passion are extremely valuable to an organization, and Paul brings a wealth of both. We’re thrilled to have him join our team,” Tim Trotter, executive director of Edge, said.
Stoffel was receiving manager and a customer service representative at Grande Cheese for almost 30 years. He most recently was a sales consultant at Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac in West Bend, Wis. Stoffel resides with his family in West Bend.
“I’m happy to be back in the dairy community. I hope to put my experience and knowledge to work to help producers advance with a vision for the future,” Stoffel said.
Stoffel will work directly with Edge members in the cooperative’s southern region. He will also assist with the implementation of programs as part of the sustainability alliance.
Edge is a dairy farmer cooperative that provides members a progressive voice on Capitol Hill in matters critical to their businesses and the broader dairy community. Under the Federal Milk Marketing Orders, the co-op also provides milk testing verification services and market information for its members throughout nine Midwestern states. It is one of the top cooperatives in the country in terms of the amount of milk produced by its members.
