When was your farm established?
Our farm was established in 1963.

How long have you shipped to BelGioioso Cheese?
10 years

How many cows do you milk?


How many family members work on the farm?
Six full-time and three part-time

How many employees do you have?

Eight full-time and two part-time

What is some interesting technology that you use around the farm?

We have automatic calf feeders, computerization in the milking parlor, and manure equipment for precision application

What is your milk made into?
Italian style cheeses – provolone, fresh mozzarella, mascarpone and more at BelGioioso Cheese

What it your favorite dairy product?
Cheese and chocolate milk

Where do you see the future of your farm?
We are looking to grow to 1,000 cows to bring in the next generation, along with custom field work.

What are you most proud of?
Having a nice, clean family farm and raising my kids on the farm.

Is there someone that has influenced you and your farm’s success?

My dad, for both the good and bad.

What is something you think is important for customers to know about your dairy farm?
I want customers to know that we really do care about making quality product and the environment.
